my name is David Gill a customer of Boots for many years my may concern is the withdrawal of blister packs at your Horsham Sussex store. My Wife suffers from Alzheimer’s . Although we have carers on some days to prescribe her tablets which I collect from Boots . other days of the week I or a family member would prescribe them to her. The Boots branch now supplies the tablets to us in random boxes, My wife has thrown those boxes across the kitchen . which is not good . Ive had words with local GP surgery but unable to help.
The blister packs were controllable but tablets in boxes . you dont remember whether tablets were given whereas its easy to see what tablets have been given in a blister . Been a health company I thought you would able to help the customer not make life more difficult

I have learnt today that Boots are going to close your branch at Chesterton Road in the City of Cambridge. If this is so, I am very upset. This branch served a great number of people and is always busy.
Your Newmarket Road branch is always busy, but this is due to it being understaffed.
I would appreciate you advising if the Chesterton Road branch is to close. If so please advise why.
