When you call the Brand Alley head office number, you will be directed to their Live Chat facility that is available on their website. They explain that this is the quickest way to resolve any issues and discuss your matter with the team.
If you don’t wish to use this option then you can hold the line for an operator. Your indicated that you will need your order number and the registered email address for your account to proceed.
You are then given a list of four options to choose from:

The nearest underground and overground station to the Brand Alley head office is Old Street. This is just a five minute walk away from the location.
There are numerous bus stops around the Brand Alley head office on Paul Street, with various bus routes stopping there. These include: GWF7, M2, GWG9, 52, GWG8, 8R, GWF9 and WR.
You can get to the head office from the M1 onto the A1 which then you’ll take to the A501. Once you reach the Old Street roundabout you can take the first exit on to Great Eastern Street. Then turn right onto Leonard Street, where you’ll be able to find Paul Street and the Brand Alley head office.
