When you phone the number you will be given the following options.
- Press one for existing customers
- Press two if you are interested in joining Bupa
If you are an existing customer and press one for the first option you will then be provided with the following options:
- Press one for Bupa address details
- Press two to pre-authorise treatment or make a claim
- Press three for copies of documents or update your contact or payment information
- Press four to discuss the renewal of your policy
- Press five to make amendments to your policy, change the level of cover or if you are thinking of leaving
