Contact the Co-Op Head Office on this number to speak to a team member regarding your query. When you phone the number you have two options available to you:
- Press 1 to go through to the Membership area.
- Press 2 to speak to the Customer Care team.
If you press 2, you will be transferred instantly to a real person who can help you with any questions you have for Co-Op. However, if the lines are busy you will be placed on hold.
If you press 1 to go through to the Membership area, you will have three options available. You can add points to your membership card from a recent transaction placed in-store, you can order a replacement card, or press 3 if you need help with anything else.

As the Co-Op Head Office is in Central Manchester there are many different public transport options available to you. The Manchester Victoria train station is just around the corner, as well as lots of buses and a tram that you can use too.
The traffic is very busy in this area, as you can imagine, but to travel by car you can quickly gain access to the A62 on Oldham Road which will lead you to the M60. This will take roughly 20 minutes to access.
