Press one if you already have voucher 

Press two if you don’t yet have a voucher  

If you press one you will then be offered the following options to choose from: 

Press one if you are chasing a delivery of a voucher 

Press two for help extending a voucher or you would like to choose an alternative

Press three to book an experience with one of the Red Letter Days partners 

If you press the option two in the first instance, you will be put in a queue to speak to the team when they’re available.

Directions

Just outside of Imperial Place is the bus stop Civic Offices, there are a number of bus routes that stop here, they are 107, 292, 398, 644 The Comet and the B3.

The nearest train station is Elstree & Borehamwood, which will take you around 15 minutes to walk from the station to the head office location.

From Maxwell Road you can easily get on to Elstree Way, from here you can simply follow the straight road onto the A1. From the A1, you have another quick and straight road to the M1.
