Contact Vanquis Bank by dialling the phone number here to reach the head office. Calling the phone number will connect you to an answering service which instructs you to choose from these options:
1. Press 1 to report a lost or stolen card.
2. Press 2 if you are an existing customer.
4. Press 4 if you are not already a customer.
They have removed the third option, so you should not press 3. Press 4 to go through with general enquiries. You can ask the operator to connect you to the head office department which you need help from. This could be IT, Legal, Communications, Planning, or Training, as well as a few others.
20 Fenchurch Street
The Vanquis Bank head office is in the heart of London, meaning that travelling there by car is not advisable unless a taxi is just dropping you off. Otherwise, you will have to contend with traffic, the Congestion Charge, and expensive parking costs if there are even spaces available. Luckily, it is easy to get around London on public transport. The 40 bus calls at Rood Lane (Stop W) 2 minutes away, or the 15 calls at Monument (Stop H) which is 2 minutes in the other direction. Fenchurch Street (Stop U) is only a 4-minute walk away, and lots of bus routes stop there. It is within 15 minutes’ walk of the Liverpool Street, Moorgate, Cannon Street, and Fenchurch Street train stations. It is also a brief walk from Monument, Aldgate, or Liverpool Street tube stations.
