When you call the Audible head office contact using the number above you will be given a three digit code to connect you to their customer service associate. This code will be different for everyone that calls. 

You will then be given a choice of three options:

• Press one to discuss your listening experience
• Press two for questions regarding memberships and to speak to account support
• Press three for any technical difficulties

You can then opt to stay on the line to speak to the Audible team regarding anything else.

Directions

The Audible Head Office is located on the first floor at 26-28 Glasshouse Yard, you’ll find it next to the famous Barbican building, just a small distance from Shoreditch. 

Located in London it makes driving to the head office a little difficult. From the A1 you can get onto the A501 and take the exit onto Goswell Road. From Goswell Road you can turn right into Glasshouse Yard where you’ll find the building you need for the Audible head office. 

The nearest underground station is Barbican, which is just a five-minute walk from the head office. The closest overground station is Farringdon, which will take you around 15 minutes to walk from. 

The nearest bus stations are just a short walk away from the head office, with multiple bus routes stopping at them including GWC3, W2, and 93.
