If you want to get in touch with SSE you can call the SSE head office phone number which you can find above. This number will take you through to an automated switchboard message, select the option that relates the most to your inquiry and you will be transferred to a member of their team.
When you call the number the automated recording will say the following:
- To speak to a member of the team press the * button on your phone keypad twice
- Now you need to enter your 10 digit customer account number which can be found on the right-hand side of your bill.
Once you have entered your customer account number you need to follow the rest of the relevant instructions

You can get to the SSE head office via train, car or bus. If you’re travelling by train Perth station is the closest train station to the head office and it is a 10 minutes drive away from the offices. If you are driving to the head office it can be accessed via the A9 leading onto the A912 and taking the roundabout turn off onto Auld Bond Road. The nearest bus stop is just on Auld Bond Road and is on the 4, 23, 23B, 27, 34 and 34A bus routes.
