The Met Office head office is in a fairly accessible location in Exeter. To get there in a car, exit the M5 motorway at Junction 29 and travel down Honiton Road, before taking the second right turning onto FitzRoy Road. The Met Office and the vehicle entrance will be on your left. If you are not able to park onsite, it is a 10-minute walk from Honiton Road Park and Ride, which is free to use. The closest train stations are over 20 minutes away on foot. However, Exeter St Davids has much more frequent train services, and you can catch the hourly 56 bus from outside the station to a stop down the road from the Met Office headquarters then catch it back. This bus journey will take approximately 25 minutes.
