Fitness First is a subsidiary of DW Fitness. Their headquarters and contact centre were previously in Poole before the acquisition by DW in 2016. You can speak to a person at DW Fitness First if you call the phone number shown above. Before you can get through to a team member, you must choose:
- Press 1 if you want to speak to someone about DW Fitness First gyms or your membership.
- Press 2 if you are calling about an online order from dwsports.com.
If you press 1, you can press 1 again for the automated payment line or hold to talk to a human person. After holding you will have the option to press 1 if you are a member or want to become one, or 2 if you are not a member and have other enquiries. If you press 2 from the initial list, you will be given the choice of pressing 1 for the gym membership line or holding for the online store.

Directions
The DW Fitness First head office is located in Pemberton in Wigan. When travelling there by car, you can turn onto Enfield Street off the A577/Ormskirk Road. You will find the entrance to Enfield Street Industrial Estate further down on the right, opposite the entrance to the Millbeck Farm residential cul-de-sac. There is a car park inside the estate. Pemberton Station is a 7-minute walk down Enfield Street if you catch a Northern train. The closest bus stop is the Enfield Street stop on Ormskirk Road. Plenty of bus routes go this way, including the 352, 375, 385, 395, 621, and 907. The 631 and 632 call at Pemberton Station at the other end of Enfield Street.
