You can phone the Bulb Energy Head Office on the number above, this number is available Monday through till Friday 9am till 5pm. 

When you phone this number they explain that you can press one if you would like to sign up to Bulb energy, or continue to hold for anything else. 

The line will go quiet, and then the automated message explains other methods that you can use to get in contact with Bulb. Such as signing up for their app, using their email address or chatting with them via their online chat service. 

If you continue to hold the line, you will be given two options. 

• Press one for any kind of emergency, such as if you smell gas or you have lost power. 
• Press two for anything else.

Directions

The nearest overground and underground station to the Bulb Energy head office is Liverpool Street station which is less than a five-minute walk from the address. 

There are numerous bus routes that take you to near the address, including: GW9C, 82, GW9C, V8, GW9C, 82 and GW9C, X9. 

To drive there you can use the M1 and go onto the A1, follow that all the way to Angel and access the A501. Follow the road until you reach the Old Street roundabout, take the first exit onto Great Eastern Street. Take a right onto the A10 Bishopsgate where you’ll locate the Bulb Energy headquarters.
