Unfortunately, there isn’t a direct working contact number to get in touch with the head office of eFlorist. They do however have a live chat function available on their website, which is available each day during the hours of 10am till 12pm and then 2pm till 4pm. 

There is also an email address where you can direct queries, where you can expect a reply prominently.

Directions

The eFlorist head office is located in Stepnell House in Eastleigh, it’s right next to the M3, which is really handy, you can get access to the motorway through junction 13. From junction 13 take Leigh Road, then turn left onto Bournemouth road and another left onto Chesnut Avenue where you’ll find Tollgate on the left-hand side off the third roundabout. 

Less than a five minute walk from the eFlorist head office is a bus stop on Chesnut Avenue, here you’ll find routes 5 Bluestar, C17 and X21 all stop. 

The nearest train stations are Southampton Airport Parkway and Eastleigh, however, they are over the other side of the M3, so you will find that you’ll need to get further transportation from the station to the headquarters.
