Contact the B&M head office by calling the helpline above. You will connect to the B&M switchboard, where you can enter an extension number then press the square key. If you do not know the correct extension you need, then hold for further options. Press a number according to the department you are trying to reach. You will then be able to speak with a person in one of the following departments:

Directions
The B&M head office is open from 8.30am to 5pm on weekdays only. It is about 2 miles away from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The closest train station is Liverpool South Parkway, which can take almost an hour to walk from. If you travel by car, the A561 goes past Estuary Commerce Park. You can access the park by turning onto Speke Hall Avenue or directly onto Estuary Boulevard. There should be parking spaces available onsite. The nearest external car parks are at least a 30-minute walk away. You can catch the 3A, 82A, 86A, 500, and 786 buses to the bus stop near the entrance at Estuary Banks. It is then a 30-minute walk across the park.
I live in Northwich, Cheshire where there are two of your stores. Inbetween the stores is a car park where there are a stack of trolleys, around ten, of yours. They have been there for months. I have informed both stores but each one says they belong to the other. I have photographic evidence but could not attach it to this. Regards Sue Bevan.
