Contact Network Rail on this number to reach the head office. When you dial the Network Rail head office contact number, it will connect you to their answering service. This will give you four options, and you need to press the number relating to your enquiry. To request to speak to a certain person or department at Network Rail head office, you should select option 3. These are the four choices:
- Press 1 for safety-related emergencies (including access to the track).
- Press 2 for train times, tickets, or journey information.
- Press 3 if you have a new enquiry or request.

The Network Rail head office is in an excellent location for public transport in London. It is a 10-15 minute walk from St Pancras International and King’s Cross train stations, as well as King’s Cross St. Pancras Underground station. Visitors can get there on the Circle, Metropolitan, Piccadilly, Northern, Victoria, and Hammersmith & City lines. Then it is a straightforward walk down Euston Road to reach Eversholt Street. Otherwise, the Network Rail office is directly next to Euston train station. The 59, 68, 253, and 476 buses stop right outside. The head office is just off Euston Road/A501, and car parking is available at Euston station. It costs £5 for one hour.
