Call this phone number to connect to the DPD switchboard. If you want to speak to someone in the DPD head office, then you must go through customer services. Calling this helpline will give you two automated options, but you don’t even have to pick either of them. Holding for another few seconds instead of pressing a number still puts you through to a person at DPD. This means you don’t have to enter a parcel number or go through endless directory lists before you get to speak to an actual human. Here are the options which calling this number will give you:
- Press 1 to talk to a member of the Customer Services team.
- Press 2 if you have an enquiry about a new or existing account.
You can choose either one to talk to somebody at DPD. Once through, you can ask to transfer to the relevant person or department within DPD. This could be complaints, invoicing, sales, IT, marketing, recruitment, or anything else. You can call to find where your local DPD depot is or its opening times.

The hub on Roebuck Lane includes a DPD Local as well as the DPDgroup UK head office. The M5 passes overhead close by. The major roads in the area go above and under each other, so getting onto Roebuck Lane isn’t so straightforward. If you drive there via the A41, turn off onto Kenrick Way and take the first exit at the next roundabout. Follow Dartmouth Road until you reach the turn-off onto Roebuck Lane on the right. Follow the lane to the left for the customer entrance and parking. Alternatively, Smethwick Galton Bridge train station is only 6 minutes away on foot. The 89 bus calls at the Roebuck Lane stop, which is just 2 minutes away.
