There is no need to press any numbers for particular department queries, but you might still have to wait a while before getting through to a person. The NHS helplines are often extremely busy. NHS England accepts queries about primary care services (including GPs, dentists, opticians, and pharmacies). You can discuss existing enquiries or complaints or make new ones. For a specific department or staff member, ask the operator to transfer your call.

Skipton House is conveniently located off the A201 for drivers, and down the street from Elephant & Castle underground station for travellers on the Bakerloo and Northern lines. Elephant & Castle train station is around 7 minutes away on foot, for Thameslink and Southeastern trains. Many bus routes call at the Elephant & Castle London Road stops nearby, among them the 1, 45, 63, 68, 168, 171, 172, 176, 188, 388, 155, 363, and 468. If that isn’t enough, the E&C Newington Causeway stop is just down the road. Even more bus routes stop there, such as the 35, 40, 133, 136, 333, and 343. Underground car parking is available at Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre near the train station, at £5 for 2 hours.
