The nearest bus stop to the Agincare head office is just outside the Portland Hospital, about a five-minute walk away.
Unfortunately there are no train stations on the Isle of Portland, the closest one being in Weymouth.
From Main Road, you can get onto Lerrett Road and then use the roundabout to access the Portland Beach Road which will take you off the island. Continue to use the A354 to access the A35 or A37.
